Our partner who manages the Print-on-Demand shop is Resize Media SRL, CUI/CIF RO34267380, Commercial Register number J12/845/2015, with the registered office at Str. Fabricii 3, apt. 10, Cluj-Napoca, Jud. Cluj, Romania.
In case of disagreements between Resize Media SRL and the customer, the terms and conditions from the date of placing the order apply.
Seller – Design Media SRL, hereinafter referred to as “Seller.”
Buyer/customer – any natural or legal person or any entity placing an order.

Access to the website in order to place an order is allowed to any Customer/Buyer. By accessing, visiting, using, or purchasing the products and/or services presented on our website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
We note that we reserve the right to make changes to the site or these terms and conditions without notifying you in advance or without justifying our reasons.
The entire content of the website bunandbeary.com/shop/ is the property of Design Media SRL in accordance with the copyright protection law. The use of any existing elements of our website without our consent is punishable in accordance with the provisions of the law in force.
Our products
The products on this site are purchased and/or processed from/by our trusted suppliers. Fulfillment of orders may vary depending on available stock. Products are offered within the limits of available stock.
The delivery time for any order from Romania is generally 3-5 working days. The term may vary slightly depending on various objective causes, such as atmospheric conditions, strikes, roadblocks, etc. No compensation can be claimed if the order cannot be fulfilled for valid reasons (such as the lack of the product in stock) or if the delivery time is beyond the reasonable expectations of the customers. In these situations, we will notify you of the existing situation and provide you with the possibility of canceling the order. When communicating a delivery time, please note that it may vary by +/- 2 working days, and we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service provider.
The maximum value of Design Media SRL’s obligations towards its customers, in case of non-delivery of products or improper delivery, represents the maximum value of the amounts received from the customer.
When purchasing our products, you must consider that they may have certain particularities generated by the nature of the material used. The differences between the delivered products and the product presented on the website are related to the nature of the material used in the composition of the product. The features and availability of the products presented on this site may change without prior notice.
The products presented on the website bunandbeary.com/shop/ are presented by way of example. Please keep this in mind when purchasing a product.
If there are errors in the displayed prices or other product details, including due to wrong entry in the database, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the product and notify the customer as soon as possible of the error.
Order
The buyer can purchase our products directly on the website by adding the desired products to the shopping cart from the corresponding section, subject to availability. Adding a product to the shopping cart, but without completing the order, does not signify the registration of an order, nor the automatic reservation of the product.
By placing an order, the customer undertakes to provide the information requested in an adequate, complete, correct, and real manner, as specified in the content of the identity document. Completing an order implies the client’s implicit acceptance of the possibility of being contacted by Design Media SRL or by its other trusted partners.
The customer has the obligation to comply with the provisions contained in these terms and conditions and to complete all the required fields to place and process the order, regardless of the way they purchase the products from Design Media SRL.
The seller may cancel the order with prior notice to the buyer, without any subsequent obligation of either party to the other if the data provided by the buyer is incomplete or incorrect, or if it is determined that false orders have been registered by the buyer and/or providing fictitious contact details.
By launching the order of a product, the customer gives their consent to the commercial terms and conditions and is informed of the 14-day period regarding the withdrawal from the distance contract according to art. 6 para. (1), lit. h) O.U.G no. 34/2014.
After placing the order, the customer will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery of products
The products are delivered door-to-door, from Monday to Friday, on the territory of Romania and on the courier’s working days, by the courier company DYNAMIC PARCEL DISTRIBUTION S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “DPD”).
The shipping time for products that are in stock is typically 3-5 working days from the order confirmation.
The cost of transport is 25 lei for deliveries where the courier company has coverage. If the courier service does not cover the delivery location, the customer will be contacted to inform them of the approximate cost of additional kilometers.
The packaging of the goods and the transmission of the accompanying documents are provided by the company Resize Media SRL.
Products that are not in stock cannot be purchased.
Liability for any damage caused during the transport of the product, parcel, or package sent by us rests with the carrier according to the local legislation in force.
Payment of products
The prices displayed on the website are the final prices, and the buyer will not bear any additional costs except for shipping costs.
Payment is only made online by bank card, through the BT ePOS payment processor.
Design Media SRL will issue the customer an invoice for the delivered products, and the customer is obligated to provide all the requested data necessary to issue the invoice according to the legislation in force. After the customer has made the payment, they sign the receipt of the documents provided by the courier company, as the case may be, and ownership of the ordered goods is transferred to them.
Guarantee
Design Media SRL offers a guarantee for every product purchased on the bunandbeary.com/shop/ website.
If a product you purchased from bunandbeary.com/shop/ is found to be defective or does not look as described, the seller will either repair or replace it at no additional cost, or provide you with a price reduction or will fully refund the amount paid, if the following conditions are met:
- the customer complies with the instructions for use, where applicable;
- the customer keeps the fiscal document certifying the purchase of the product;
- the customer has purchased the product from our website and used it only for the purpose for which the product was designed;
- the customer delivers the product in the original packaging, together with all accessories.
The warranty does not apply if it is found that the failure occurred due to failure to follow the instructions for use, where applicable, or the purpose for which the product was designed.
All other provisions contained in the legislation in force regarding the guarantee of the products sold are valid. The warranty does not extend to any damage caused by the use of the product.
Returns
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the Contract, respectively to return a Good within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without incurring costs other than those of delivery, by completing this return form.
According to O.U.G. no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or renouncing a Service expires within 14 days from the day the buyer takes physical possession of the product.
When returning the products within the mentioned term, by withdrawing from the Contract, the buyer must also return the gifts or free products offered at promotions, which accompanied the order, if they were offered by Design Media.
If the Order is paid, the Seller will reimburse the amount within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days from the date the Buyer informs the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the Contract.
The amount will be returned to the customer by bank transfer, to the account mentioned by the customer.
Return costs will be borne by the customer.
The return of the product to Design Media SRL must be done via a fast courier company chosen by the customer, except Romanian Post. If the returned product is damaged, has clear signs of use and cannot be sold as a new product, we reserve the right to refuse the product. For more details, please refer to O.U.G. No. 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts.
Return costs will be borne by the buyer and may differ from the shipping costs at the time of purchase, depending on the courier company chosen.
The Seller will be able to delay refunding the amount until they receive the Goods sold or until they receive proof that they have been dispatched, if they have not offered to collect the Goods themselves (the later date will be taken).
Products can be returned if they do not show signs of dirt, scratches, bumps, stains or damage. If it is found that the returned product shows signs of damage, we have the right to refuse the return or withhold an amount from the value of the product, according to O.U.G no. 34/2014. In case of repeated returns (more than 2 unjustified returns), we have the right to refuse to accept the return and register new orders.
