How much does delivery cost?
For orders from the territory of Romania, the products are delivered to your home, via the fast courier company DYNAMIC PARCEL DISTRIBUTION S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “DPD”). The delivery fee is 15 lei for all destinations in Romania. Currently we don’t deliver outside of Romania, but this will be available soon.
When will the order arrive?
The delivery will be processed immediately after confirmation by e-mail, within 3-5 working days.
During holidays and legal holidays, there may be changes regarding the transport of the ordered products.
In case of delays caused by special situations such as: unfavorable weather conditions, accidents or other situations related to external factors, Design Media SRL or Resize Media SRL cannot be held responsible.
How can I track my order?
When your order is picked up by the courier, you will receive an email containing the invoice and the AWB number of your order.
With this number you can track exactly when the order will arrive if you go to the DPD website and check the delivery status or if you contact them by phone.
